Eligibility

You can ask for a full refund within [30] days of your payment being approved, provided you have completed less than [30%] of the course.

How to ask

Email support@example.com from the address on your account with your order number (it starts with NC).

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back by UPI to the account the payment came from, within [7] working days. Access to the course ends when the refund is issued.

Payments we couldn't verify

If we couldn't match your payment and you've paid, contact us with the UPI reference number. We'll either unlock the course or return the money.

Not eligible

• Requests after the refund window.
• Courses where a certificate has already been issued.
• Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms.
